Using my Asus Memo Pad 7 for Thanksgiving Prep

Thanksgiving is my mecca as far as cooking talent goes. I don’t throw in crazy side dishes but focus on the classics making them taste amazing. However I do try to add something new each year. Last year I made sweet potato pie and coconut cream pie for the first time. This year I am going to try a new stuffing I think.

First and foremost I grab my Asus and head straight to Pinterest for not only recipe ideas but also decorating ideas!

Pinterest is also a good place to look for printables to keep the kids happy while you cook! Also, I can easily play recipe VIDEOS if I have troubles. Rare but it does happen.

Two apps I really LOVE having on Thanksgiving is a timer app and a list app. For the list I use Evernote. I sync up over my devices when the need strikes, and by the time cooking day is here, I have a list of what to make in what order! For a timer app it is best to get one that lets you set multiple timers. Self explanatory but nothing cooks at the same time on the big day.

Honestly one of the things I will use my Asus Memo Pad 7 on Thanksgiving is going to be for social media. I can’t be tethered to my laptop or desktop and don’t have a large screen phone so my lil 7 inch guy is just right for some social media fun while I am basting!

What do you use your tablet for on Thanksgiving?
