DIY Stay Healthy Kit

If there is one thing I hate, it’s school. Okay not that way, what I mean is my kids are healthy all summer long, but the minute they go back to school, they catch something in the first two weeks. Last year they passed around a cold that decided to hit me about ten days before my first cruise. I am the mom whose kids miss a lot of school because I refuse to send them to school when they are going to infect others. Sadly, other parents don’t do that for me, and we suffer all school year. This year I was ready, I made a super easy kit that you can make too, starring my new favorite, Centrum® Vitamints®:

DIY Stay Well Kit

1 container

1 tissues

1 hand sanitizer

1 vitamins

Instructions: couldn’t get any easier! (you could also use a zipper close bag to make this a portable kit!)

I went to Walmart to stock up on supplies for my “Stay Healthy Kit” that stays in my desk drawer. I think I want to make another for my son’s teacher!

I am being proactive this year in taking precautions so that I can try to minimize my risk, and that includes making sure I take my vitamins. This step couldn’t be easier with Centrum® Vitamints,

Centrum Vitamints®: Essential nutrients you enjoy like a mint, including 100 % or more of Vitamins C, D, E, and B6.

I am a breath mint lover anyway, so having my vitamins in an easy to chew breath mint type form is so easy! Centrum® Vitamints® are available in both mint and raspberry <3 If you are anything like me and horrible about taking your vitamins, this is a super easy way to get those vitamins in your body!

Also in my stay well kit is tissues, hand sanitizer, and the all important Chapstick®!

Moisturizes & softens for smooth lips everyday.

Even though it is the middle of the desert hot in Michigan right now, I know winter will be cold, dry and brutal so having my large collection of Chapstick® comes in handy. I have lost count how many times my kids come to me asking for Chapstick® in the winter. More than that, if I have cracks on my lips they can break and bleed and leave a path for germs, bacteria and viruses to enter so I really do try to keep my lips as hydrated and protected as possible.

This entire kit cost less than $20 to put together, and you can find all the products at Walmart! And right now you can sign up to recieve coupons for both Centrum® Vitamints® and Chapstick®! (if you refer to my in store picture you can see that my Centrum® Vitamints® were already $2.00 off, and if you sign up you can get an ever bigger discount!)
