Busy Moms: You’re Never To Busy To Maintain Healthy Habits

This post was sponsored by Nature Made® as a part of an Ambassador Program for Influence Central.

This one is for the moms out there. Listen, I get it. You are busy with keeping up with your kids, after school activities, and possibly even a full time job. WE ARE BUSY. I am here to tell you something I have learned in my 38 years on this planet; If you don’t eat right and take care of your body when you are young and maintain it, trying to get healthy in your late thirties is hard as hell. I reached a point where I swear things were already shutting down, especially my gut.

I’ve always had slow digestion but with all the horrible junk I was eating, the carbs, the sugar, no wonder my stomach was like NOPE! I am sure you have heard about the use of probiotics in aiding digestion. Basically put, these little live healthy bacteria go into your stomach and “chew” on the food that is sitting there, breaking it down to get it to the digestive tract faster.

Nature Made® Probiotics: Nature Made® Advanced Dual Action Probiotic has been clinically studied and provides dual support to both your small and large intestine for comprehensive coverage to help support digestive balance and healthy gut flora.†

My go to probiotic of choice is Nature Made®, mostly because Nature Made® makes such a large variety of supplements that fit my lifestyle, like multivitamins and my lovely coveted Vitamin D (hello, I live in the north, no sun for like 3 months!). And to be honest, the older I get, the more I think my mom was right in telling me to take my vitamins!

Nature Made® is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand for many key dietary supplement categories*

I headed to my local Walmart, because let’s be honest, I want the lowest price I can find and Walmart definitely has great low prices on Nature Made® products. I picked up the probiotics and some vitamins:

Now it’s pretty straightforward that you are supposed to take supplements as directed on package and I am not here to tell you how to take medicine.. but I DO want to mention that this particular probiotic is a bit different. It is a 2 capsule system–meaning there is a capsule for the large intestine and a capsule for the small intestine, so it’s like it has a targeted system.

So when you think about it, even busy moms can take the time to do something to help their health and immune system and it literally can be done in seconds, and just added into your regular morning schedule. I personally am on 3 prescriptions that I have to take in the morning so I just pop my probiotic in at that time. Easy Peasy!

Nature Made® vitamins and supplements: An easy, convenient way to help your body get the nutritional support it needs every day, whether it be to support bone health, immune health or energy metabolism (helping convert food into energy).†
