Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you Eclairs and a Creme Puff.

I bet you want the recipe for this on huh?

The Good News is I have the batter recipe and Ganache recipe. The bad news is that I have to get you a good filling recipe. You are going to need pastry bags though, so go buy some and then I will post the recipe for these over the weekend, mmkay? 😀

    • Oh yeah these are garnering tons of attention that is for sure! Its strange eating them absolutely hand made not store bought , not perfectly shaped, but so so so so fresh. Eclairs have long been a favorite of mine, i will pass on jelly filled bismarks and glazed doughnuts, elcairs have a nice warm spot right in my heart (and belly hahaha)
