Parmesan-Crusted Bruschetta Chicken

Before I could even make this recipe, my husband decided that the new Hellmann’s Olive Oil Mayonnaise is the best thing ever. He was using it as dip for his fish and on sandwiches. Luckily I saved enough for this recipe, and a spinach dip as well! This is a light dish, honestly perfect for summer, and packed with flavor. I need to buy some more Olive Oil Mayonnaise now since my jar is empty!

  1. I can’t wait to try this out. Next trip to the grocery store, I’ll be buying the ingredients and this will be served. Thanks for sharing a great looking recipe.

  2. Oh that looks simply delicious. I would add some fresh basil on top, I love that stuff.

  3. Definitely will be trying this recipe out. It looks very tasty and easy to make as well. Plus 35 minutes start to finish is great to prepare a meal for the family, thanks for the recipe.

  4. I’ve got to say, since I tried a couple of their recipes, I have used Hellmann’s mayo to bind toppings and add flavor to dishes, on several other occasions (really like it on mild fish). Easy & it works great.
